About Reagan
Reagan Smith was born and raised in Youngstown, Ohio. After graduating from Ursuline High School in 2023, he continued building his experience at Compco Industries, where he is now a fourth-year intern. Throughout his internship, he has gained hands-on experience in accounting, operations, and now finance, giving him a well-rounded understanding of how the company operates.
Summer 2026 Projects
- Reviewed sales tax records to identify errors where tax was charged on exempt products.
- Performed inventory cycle counts to improve inventory accuracy.
- Worked on a project evaluating uniform deduction rates.
What He’s Learned
