1. High-Definition Plasma Cutting
Precision meets versatility in our high-definition plasma systems, capable of cutting materials ranging from 0.018″ to 1.50″ thick, up to 72″ x 72″ in size. We work with carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and more.
2. Laser Cutting
Equipped with both CO₂ and fiber lasers, we provide clean, accurate cuts for both 2D and 3D profiles. Our laser systems can cut up to 1″ thick for mild steel and 0.5″ for stainless, enabling complex geometries with tight tolerances.
3. Welding Services
From MIG and TIG to robotic welding, our team is certified to meet ASME and Government standards. We handle weldments up to 20,000 lbs and 16 inches thick, ensuring strength and integrity in every joint.
4. Machining and Tooling
Our in-house tool and die shop features CNC machining centers and custom tooling capabilities. We support customers with prototype development, die maintenance, and long-term tooling storage for ongoing production needs.
5. Metal Forming and Finishing
We don’t stop at forming. Our press equipment (ranging from 60 to 2,500 tons) allows us to perform joggling, beveling, piercing, trimming, and rolling. For finished parts, we offer powder coating and specialty finishes that enhance both performance and appearance.
