On November 17, 1980, two eager young men walked into Compco Metal Products. In the last four decades, they have served Compco in an array of positions.

They learned the value of hard work on the shop floor, and were guided and molded by the values of the Smith family.

Now, we celebrate their 40 years of service to Compco. Thank you for your dedication President and CEO Rick and Vice President of Corporate Safety Bob Bachinger!

Both now servicing as executives within the company they work with our leadership team and continue to guide Compco, Compco Quaker, and Firestone Laser and Manufacturing on paths to current and future success.
